The most urgent demand of the Civilian Defense Set Up for each county is the Civilian Defense Corps, consisting of the following groups, together with the first aid training required before ap pointments can be made to the several important posts: 1st. The Staff, consisting of 6 women and 12 men who have had at least 10 hours of First Aid training. 2nd. The Drivers Corps, con sisting of 15 women who are ex perienced drivers, who can pro vide a car or station wagon and can devote the time necessary in emergency needs and who have had at least 10 hours First Aid Training. 3rd. Messengers, this depart ment is taken care of by 6 former Boy Scouts with bicycles and who have had not less than 10 hours First Aid Training. 4th. Rescue Squads. 6 men with not less than 20 hours First Aid Training. 5th. Auxiliary Policed. 12 men with not less than 10 hours First Aid Training. 6th. Bomb Squad. 3 men with not less than 10 hours of First Aid Training. 7th. Air Raid Wardens. 18 men and 6 women (these besides the deputy wardens) who have had 10 hours of First Aid Training. 8th. Auxiliary Firemen. 12 men with not less than 10 hours First Aid Training. 9th. The Medical Corps, S men and 6 women with not less than 10 hours First Aid Training. -Continued on Back Page_
